Terms of Trading:
- This website, www.brilliantbins.co.uk, is owned and operated by Seiquelle Innovation Ltd, trading as Brilliant Bins. These are our terms and conditions, which will govern the contract between us, and we recommend that you read and retain this information.
- MONEY BACK GUARANTEE: In addition to your statutory rights: We are confident you will find our products very satisfactory, but if you do not, you may contact us within six weeks of receiving your order and we will arrange a refund and collection of unused product
- Shipping:We endeavour to meet our shipping commitments on our “Shipping” page, but can't guarantee that circumstances may not mean that occasionally it takes longer to dispatch than we would like.
- Standard delivery locations: We have programmed in our delivery options and charges, and give you the option to choose between them. If you select an option that is not available for your location, we will provide a quote for you to accept or reject. If you are outside our standard delivery locations, we give you the option to request a quote.
- Order processing: We will send you an automatic email immediately to confirm receipt of your order, another to notify fulfillment of your order, and a final email with your invoice or paid receipt. The order becomes a contract between us at the point that we send the order fulfillment email.
- Payment: Although we take your payment details at the time of order, we will not charge your debit or credit card until the order is ready for dispatch.
- Payment method: We accept payment by credit cards, PayPal and account facilities (see below).
- Invoice/Account Facility: We will automatically approve 30 day payment accounts for Government, Councils, Schools, Churches, Girlguiding, Scouts, Charities, CIU members and similar organisations. For other organisations please email sales@brilliantbins.co.uk to request an account application.
- Currency: The website will only operate in GB pounds, but your card provider may allow your use of this site and provide currency translation under their own terms.
- VAT: This website is for business users. All product prices on the website are quoted exclusive of the current standard rate. Should your shipping address be outside the EC and upon provision of a valid non UK VAT number we will deduct the VAT as appropriate.
- Accounts: Customers may view the website without logging in, but to place an order from the store will be required to register and provide details necessary for us to fulfill the order. You may access your account with a password and user-name that we will provide to you. The account also has facilities for you to view earlier transaction, place orders and request returns. - PayPal Express and accounts:If you use this service we recommend that you register/log into an account prior to accessing PayPal, otherwise you will create a new account each time from your PayPal information. We may set these accounts to merge, but password and usernames may need to be re-issued.
- Dispute resolution: If you are unhappy with our service or the products supplied, please contact us promptly, and we will endeavour to reach a resolution within 48 hours. The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 apply to purchases on this site by individuals.

Returns: Brilliant Bins aim to provide you with accurate and detailed descriptions and images of the products we supply. However should you wish to return goods to us then you can request this, subject to the terms below, by contacting us by telephone on 0777 558 1314 or, better still, logging onto your account and entering a return request. -
Refunds and cancellations - Individuals (not Companies): Individual consumers are covered by the The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 which includes the right to cancel the contract for goods for 7 days after conclusion of the contract, which is established at the point that we advise approval of your order, or within 7 days of receipt of the goods, whichever is the later. To cancel an order, telephone us on 0777 558 1314 or log onto your account and select the return request option and you will be given a return approval number. If you have received the goods, you should return them immediately, at your expense, to arrive with us no later than 14 days from receipt, and quote the return authorisation number on the outside of the packet. Parcels arriving without a valid authorisation number are likely to be refused.

Refunds and cancellations - Companies: To cancel an order, telephone us on 01488 684850 at any point before dispatch to cancel your order, unless we have products on special order for you in which case we will not accept cancellation. -
Damage in Transit: In the event of damage to goods during delivery: Claims for damages should be submitted by the second day after the date of receipt. We require that you have signed for receipt noting damage, and let us know within 2 working days of receipt.

Refunds:We will refund you by the same means that you have paid, and on the same card numbers if applicable. The transaction will be raised within 2 working days of receipt of the goods at our address.

Variation: We may vary or revise these terms from time to time. The terms applicable to your order will be those in place when we approve your order.
- Law and jurisdiction: Contracts will be governed by English Law and disputes arising will be subject to the courts of England and Wales.
